Hill Street Offices

Entrance to the development is through an existing archway in the Victorian facade leading to a glazed roof void between the existing and new building. One then can access the ground floor cafe or the 4 floors of office floor plates above. Strict planning guidelines for this area were adhered to by keeping the rear building to a height not seen from street level. This successful economic solution brought new life and vitality to this derelict part of the city.
