The outcome is a vibrant Gin Palace serving coffees and afternoon teas by day, transforming into a bustling bar by night. The former platform becomes the main dining area and the drama enhanced by a piazza shaded by a huge blue gum tree. Incoming light is modulated by adjustable louvers along the platform enclosing structure.
