The Hotel is comprosed of 150 guest rooms, restaurants, bars, function facilities, pool deck, landscaped terraces, function space and retail tenancies
The 99 apartment building forms the eastern half of the development.Currently in detailed design stage, the hotel is programmed to open in 2020.
