RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Using a simple palette of zinc, timber and brick the development maximises orientation and views, while making good use of the steep site. The butterfly roofs create huge light filled volumes towards the view. The road elevations are more modest and domestic in feel while the sea side ones fall away with the steep slope creating 4 storey buildings. Views of the hills are framed with zinc lined boxes.
